O2 Existing User Upgrades also get what o2 call the ‘o2 Fair Deal’ this is where they promise that existing customers will be guaranteed the same options as New Customers. If you decide to hold onto your existing phone when upgrading with o2 you can get up to £150 Auto cash back!
All that is now left for you to do is go over to the upgrades via o2 directly and place your mobile phone number into the box provided and you will get a confirmation text and a code for your upgrade. This code is valid for only 30 minutes, but do not feel rushed into making your decision as you just need to go over the same process again for a new code. It is better to let the 30 minutes pass and get a new code to give you time to make sure the o2 user upgrade is right for you.
